Based on user feedback, the software demonstrates reliable performance in handling network printing, particularly with HP printers such as the Laser 4200 series. Compatibility with various printer brands is robust, and support is available for splitting or transferring fax credits through customer service.

The app encompasses a comprehensive suite of features designed for document management and remote communication, including:

• Viewing and printing multiple document formats such as PDF, Word, Excel, bitmap, TIFF, text, HTML, Open Office, GIF, and encapsulated PostScript.
• Creating new text documents directly within the application.
• Using an integrated web browser for file transfer between your computer and the app.
• Printing to networked or shared printers without requiring additional software; supports a wide array of over 1,400 printers from major manufacturers including HP, Epson, Canon, Samsung, Brother, Lexmark, Xerox, Ricoh, Oki, Kyocera, Infotec, NRG, Lanier, among others.
• Sending faxes internationally to over 220 countries and territories without subscription fees.[1]
• Receiving voicemail and faxes via a professional toll-free USA-based number.[2]
• Sending postcards and letters through USPS postal service.
• Accessing and printing remote files stored on MobileMe, Box.net, or Dropbox.
• Screencasting functionality to project this app’s interface onto other devices or computers (Pro version only).
• File sharing capability between two iPads or iPhones running this app (Pro version only).
• Printing web-based files or downloading them into the app for later access.
• Remotely controlling the iPod application on this device from a computer connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
• Browsing the web from your computer via your device even when an internet connection is absent on your computer.

Instructions for accessing or controlling this app from a computer are as follows:

1. Ensure both your iPad/iPhone and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Launch this application on your device and open the Documents module. Note the URL displayed at the top of the screen.
3. On your computer, open a web browser and enter the noted URL to connect.

File importation options include:

• Transferring files via a web browser interface between your computer and the app.
• Uploading files through iTunes.
• Emailting files to yourself and opening attachments through the Mail app by selecting "Open In..." and choosing this application.

[1] Each purchased fax unit enables sending a single-page fax that transmits within approximately 60 seconds to US or Canadian destinations. Additional units may be required based on fax size and complexity. Rates for international faxes vary according to destination; pages with high-resolution graphics may require more units.
